Visiting the Literacy Alliance? 

We look forward to seeing you! While much of the Literacy Alliance’s activity takes place throughout the community, our main office is located in the Jessie Ball duPont Center in downtown Jacksonville. The address is: 

40 East Adams Street, Suite 215

Jacksonville, FL 32202

The duPont Center is at the corner of Adams and Ocean Streets, and the entrance is on the Adams Street side. Once you enter the building, check in with the front desk and let them know you are here to visit the Literacy Alliance. If you are arriving before 8:30 in the morning or after 5:30 in the afternoon, the doors may be locked. If so, push the button on the wall to the left of the front doors to ring the front desk. If you are arriving during these times, you are encouraged to be in touch with your Literacy Alliance contact to ensure someone is available to meet you. 

After checking in, unless a Literacy Alliance representative has made arrangements to meet you in the lobby, take the elevators or the stairs to the second floor. The offices are in Suite 215 which is at the top of the stairs or straight ahead and on the left after exiting the elevators. 

 

If you are driving to visit the Literacy Alliance, please park in the Yates Garage, located at 200 E. Adams Street. The garage is just a short walk from our office. Once you arrive, please let us know that you parked in Yates Garage so we can validate your parking.

If you do not have transportation, we also offer bus passes to help you get to and from our office. Please let us know if you need a bus pass so we can assist you.
